Shipping & Returns
After a purchase we will ship your item in 1-5 business days. Shipping usually take 3-5 days but sometimes there will be delays because of the shipping companies or customs in your country. If there isn't any delay your order will be delivered in 6-10 business days total. When we ship your order you can check the status of order from My Account > Orders.
Yes, we offer worldwide free shipping for every of our product. For now we are working with Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT.
When we ship your item, we update your order status to "Shipped" and choose the shipping company and enter your tracking number to your order status.
When you received your order if it is damaged please take clear photos of your item and please share with us. We will open a shipping case immediately to resolve the issue. After the case result, we will inform you, and act accordingly. If you don't like your order and want to return it, you can contact us within 3 days of delivery and send the item in 7 days of delivery. When we receive your item in it's first condition, we will deduct the shipping cost which was paid for your delivery and a refund will be processed.
For now we offer worldwide free shipping for most of our product. We are working with Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT. For other products which do not have free shipping, shipping cost will be calculated at the cart.
