All of the products that you see are designed by Bafidica and our products are sourced from the local producers in Turkey.
Yes, we offer worldwide free shipping for every of our product. For now we are working with Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT.
After a purchase we will ship your item in 7-10 business days. Shipping usually take 3-5 days but sometimes there will be delays because of the shipping companies or customs in your country. If there isn't any delay your order will be delivered in 10-15 business days total. When we ship your order you can check the status of order from My Account > Orders.
Import taxes or duties may be charged depending on your country. Buyers/importers are responsible for any taxes, duties or additional costs due to regulations in their country. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
You can check your order from My Account > Orders. When we change your order status (shipped etc.) you can see from the page Orders. For now we are working with Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT. When your order ships you will receive an email with shipping company and tracking number or at your account, orders, actions you can see the details of your order and shipping information.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your purchase, if it is damaged notify us within 7 days. Please do not forget to take clear photos of your item and share with us. We will open a shipping case immediately to resolve the issue. After the case result, we will inform you, and act accordingly.
We do not offer gift wrapping but our boxes are really stylish made from craft paper also you can include a gift note with your purchase. When you order at the checkout you can add your gift note.
Yes, we offer 50 USD, 100 USD and 200 USD gift cards for online purchase, depending on the sales and discounts durations.
If you don't like it and want to return it, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the item in 30 days of delivery. When we receive your item in it is first condition, we will deduct the shipping cost which was paid for your delivery and a refund will be processed. (Return costs of product are going to pay by customer.)

Yes, if you want existing design with a custom touch or if you want something new which can be business logo, name, special design please send us email about it. When we check your email, we will reply as soon as possible. Also can design products for company promotions etc.
If you have website, store or any sales channel and want to sell our products please contact with us we will be happy to send you in bulk. Besides from our product we can design different products specifically for your store and customers.
