Shipping & Returns
After a purchase we will ship your item in 7-10 business days. Shipping usually take 3-5 days but sometimes there will be delays because of the shipping companies or customs in your country. If there isn't any delay your order will be delivered in 10-15 business days total. When we ship your order you can check the status of order from My Account > Orders.
Yes, we offer worldwide free shipping for most of our product.* For now we are working with Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT.*Free shipping offer can be updated in terms of destination and product. You can check if shipping is free or not at the checkout, before purchasing your item.
When we ship your item, we update your order status to "Shipped" and choose the shipping company and enter your tracking number to your order status. An email will be sent with tracking info.
We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and send item back in 30 days of delivery. When item is received in its first condition, shipping costs will be deducted for refund. Also please note, return shipping costs and any return related costs such as taxes or any potential amage during shippnig is also buyer's responsability.

As an international buyer / importer, it is your responsability to pay any taxes or any import related costs. Returns policy comes into action when you want to change your item. You can send the item back and order a new one. Your refund of your first order will be calculated based on return related costs and if there is no any damage on the returned item.
