Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returns

When an item is delivered, you can return the item in 30 days. Please make sure you contact us within a week after delivery. Please note, an item cannot be returned if it is used, damaged, or without the same packaging you receieved it.

Also please note these items cannot be returned, refunded , or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return:

If you buy the item and simply you did not like it, please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the you are responsable.

Refunds

If an item is returned without a damage, then refund is an option along with the exchange. Please note, shipping costs have been already paid by us and will be calculated in the refund process.

Any taxes regarding the destination of the item cannot be refunded by us.

Exchanges

An exchange is always an option if you prefer another item after purchasing one. Please let us know.

  1. My item is delivered damaged. What can I do?

First, please note you have right not to accpet an item which is damaged. Please simply tell the shipping company staff that the item is damaged and take photos of it to share with us. Your refund or replacement are safe with us. Please do not hesitate to contact.

  •   My item is delivered in good condition, but I did not like it. What can I do?

You can contact us within a week, and you can return the item back to us in 30 days after delivery. Please note, return shipping costs should be paid by you. After we receive the item in its original condition, refund or exchange are the options you can prefer. Please note any costs that have aleady been paid in these transactions may be deducted while calculating the refund. We always trust and act accordingly to our customers’ orders.

  • My item is delivered, but it is not as described. What can I do?

It is a very unlikely situation, but if it happens, please just contact us and describe the situation you are facing. We can compare the the product listing photos and photos you may provide to check if we made a mistake. If so, replacement, exchange or refund are always options  

  • They want me to pay costs such as VAT, custom duties, handling fees, release fees or any other custom related fees. What can I do?

Import taxes or duties may be charged depending on your country. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or additional costs such as releae fees due to regulations in your country. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

  • None of the above. What can I do?
